Is this the last (actual)story mission?

Dance of the Lunar Hare, Difficulty 13, this being story 100 I believe.

And by story mission I mean the actual story. I want to play GE2 now but I hear there's more 'story' missions but they're not really story missions. youknowwhatimean?

Any clarification helps.

If the answer is no can someone whos ridicously good carry me, I want to end my suffering.

Story 100 is the last "real" story mission.
The other story missions unlock more difficulty 14 quests, and they target the secondary characters, such as Kannon or Shun
You get a couple talks with them, a couple situations, some character development on those secondary characters from the 2nd and 3rd division

i'm not the greatest player, but i did manage to get to story 99, and stuck on it, not a fan of these new dyaus pita knockoffs and their ridiculous OP Slashs, long story short, if anyone wants to help me, or i can try to help someone else stuck. idk.
