What are those short cut-scenes you get after choosing someone with 3 stars after a mission?

So I've noticed that when you complete a Free Mission and choose someone with three stars, you usually get a small cut-scene with them.

It was pretty new and cool at first, but they've started to become a little annoying and honestly feeling out of place in most of the cases. Especially when they abruptly end and you keep getting the same ones.

Is there any actual point to these scenes? Like do you get/unlock something for seeing enough of them or whatever?

Therea re just there for Flair. You can skip them completely with start when they get to annoying.

Does anyone know if Hibari or Gen has any of those scenes? I only seem to get them for certain party members, or Licca. Does anyone know who gets, or doesn't get them?

You will sometimes get cutscenes, depending on the card you choose, so if you choose a licca card, you get a licca cutscene.

I can confirm Hibari and Gen have those. I was doubtful about soma, but even he gave me a couple so far. I actually enjoy that :p

All of them have, you just have to take them on missions to get them.
