Bullet reccommendation

Im looking for a sniper loadout starter build, namely a sniper bullet that regens oracle. I prefer ranged gameplay to melee

I don't think you can regen bullets on a sniper builet, cause that module goes to the assault module, even then you that regen is kinda miniscule.

if you really want to play as a sniper then best there is to just use HDH or IOD.

and this documents are from group that make GE2RB bullets but you can convert it to work on GER if you know how to exchange certain part of it.
