I'm not sure what the Japanese dub has to do with this though, it just seems like a (admittedly hard to miss) production oversight?
Wait, you mean you were *using* Lenka's voice and it was Japanese for the last cutscene? That's... weird.
Yup, just checked. The rest of the files for Lenka's voice are English, but the final file is Japanese for some reason. Either they forgot to record it, or didnt copy it, or something like that... It's not that the game is accidentally loading a "hidden Japanese dub" though. There's no files for anything like that, it's all... er... mostly English. Just, that one file is still the Japanese version.
