Alternate clothes

All the characters have only the "normal clothing", how do i unlock more?

Very few characters have alternate outfits in GER, I can only think of 2.

This is likely more of a carryover from GE2, where there were more alternate outfits available *and* more people with alternate outfits.

They only have Normal outfit because the Steam Version does not have the alternate outfits.
