When Predator Packs can be unlocked?

Just asking if i need to complete the game or something
Besides if i wanna start a YT series for GER do i create a new character or use a character with difficulty 8 story progress?

I didnt mean "Predator Styles" i meant the extra mission packs aka predator packs

Tier 9 i think it was for the first mission.

The packs themselves say when you can do them, in their Difficulty. If I am correct, one of them is 9, one is 13, the rest are 14.
