I too have nothing positive to say about PN03.
Vanquish however, I really enjoyed. I am almost autistic enough to be personally slighted that Jazman2k has made a comparison here. ALMOST.
I'd gladly purchase it again if it came to steam, I enjoyed my time with it on Gamecube once I had gotten over the initial hump.

that's the first level, of course it looks boring when it's basically the tutorial level and you don't have all the different weapons or different suits

But since there are games that did butts better, I guess it's a moot game.
The soundtrack was great, it had an addictive gameplay, was innovative (for its time) and you could play it just for fun or for challenge. Yeah I'll buy it if it gets released, yet I can't exactly recommend it either, it's more like an acquired taste
