Xbox One controller issues

I've got problems with my Xbox One controller (wrong mapping of the buttons, always going left ...) when i m using it wireless but it works when i use the cable... it was the same with firewatch or another game, i remember some people told its related to Unity game... I don't know if this one uses Unity. I hope this will be fixed

It does use Unity yes. Can you submit a ticket here: http://www.insomniacgames.com/about/contact-us/

It may be related to Unity, but it is best to have it in the queue in case. Thanks!

Same here i just bought Song of the deep but there is a big problem with the xbox360 controller the game does not recognize any command... the only buttons who work are left and right on the D-pad and it's do up and down in the main menu and nothing work in the game

I'm using a wired Xbox One controller and no issues. Sucks that you can't use the wireless feature DjaDja. Grrrr Unity.....

It's very nice to see devs answering posts, TY. I really love the game great atmosphere and nice gameplay. i will submit a ticket on the website about the wirelees Xbox One controller issue.

Sounds like Microsoft changed the buttons in a Windows update and then changed them back again in the next update. We can't support both at this time. If you have the newest Windows 10 drivers, it should work for you. If not, please update and check again. If you have the newest drivers and Win10 updates and it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket here: http://www.insomniacgames.com/about/contact-us/

Make sure you have Driver 10.0.10586.0 installed. It should work wirelessly using the newest driver/update.

I am on windows 7 64, where can i get this driver?
i have xb1usb.11059.0.140526x64 installed

If not, let me know. I didn't realize they added Win7 support to the Xbox One controller.

Try http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=Xbox%20Wireless using IE.

I know you have Win 7 but I'd give the Win 10 latest drivers a shot, you can always roll it back. On 10 using the latestest and I have no issues using a Xbone controller wireless.
