Zach x Hannah romance ending

Can't seem to get Zach and Hannah's romance ending- followed guides, got max relationship points and had Hannah take a break, but they still end up friends. Any steps I'm missing?

they are more like hint guides they never tell you specificly how you get something you want just like with getting the true ending they only give hints so the guides on this page are kinda s.h.i.t.t.y if you ask me.

I was also stuck on this one, but I figured it out! In addition to the steps laid out in the walkthroughs, you have to show Rose the letter in Bella's chapter. When I did not show her the letter, I still only got the Zach/Hannah friendship end even when Hannah and Luke had a low enough relationship for the bad friendship end.

I'm not sure if you need that to change the context of Hannah's relationship with Luke, or if their relationship needs to be way below the threshold for a bad friendship ending for the Hannah and Zach romance to work.

The steps are simply,
1: In Isabella's chapter, show the letter to Rose
2: In Hannah's chapter, do everything you can to improve Hannah's relationship with both Luke and Zach. Choose the separation ending.
3: In Zach's chapter, maximize your relationship with Hannah.
4 In Luke's chapter, do everything possible to sabotage your relationship with Hannah.
