ash being tortured?

Does the torture of ashton only happends if he's alone left in chapter 6? Because in my first play ash got attacked by johannes but got saved by issabella. Or does it happends in depence wich Luke/Hannah route you play? Like when Issabella saved Ashton from Johannes it was the route were the marriage between Luke and Hanna was not so good and wanted things to break up or giving their marriage a break. And Hannah disseperared and got taken by the demon and Johannes asked Ashton where Hannah was. But in my other route Hanna was possesed and Johannes attacked Ashton wihout asking him where Hannah was? So does the torturing of Ashon only happends if he's alone left in his chapter? Or does it depence how your route and storyline goes in the Luke and Hannah chapters? Like being dead,possesed or missing?

I'm pretty sure it works like this if Isabella is alive, she will always save Ashton. If Rebecca and/or Zach are alive but not Isabella (or she's in a coma), Ashton saves himself. If Isabella, Zach and Rebecca are all dead, then he ends up being tortured.

Damm that's dissepointed to hear i was hoping it would depence in what ending you got in Hannah's route.
