Does Webroot tell you exactly which file it is flagging as suspicious?
There are no software viruses in the files packaged with the game on Steam. Providing it was downloaded via Steam then we can guarantee that. If you installed it from someone where else (Local back up, network back up, etc) then we can't say the same.
That is very strange.
As said, if you downloaded the game via Steam then we can guarantee that there are no viruses packaged within the files.
It is also possible that webroot has a false positive. They have had some issues in the past so it's not beyond the realm of possibility. See here:

Out of interest I ran the same file through an online scanner, Virus total, which uses a number of engines and both Webroot and Jiangmin flagged it as adware but 61 other engines including Avast, AVG, TrendMicro, ESET did not have any issues.
You can view the results here if interested:

The game from Steam has no viruses in it. Webroot is reporting a false positive.
[Edit] I have logged a support ticket with Webroot over this issue and will update you when they respond. [/edit]
So with the next database update to Webroot the file should no longer be marked as a virus.
