I think it might have been a reward from Marybelle's Parallel Event rerun or something, because I have it, and this is the first time it's been available with a diamond purchase (iirc). All my DX wedding dresses that I have unlocked in the game came from PEs so that's likely where you got it from (if you have it)!

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have it, but I was unsure whether it was from a previous event or from the diamond bundle I got this time.
I got the bundle a day before they applied the diamond bonus, and I was worried for a second, thinking that I didn't get the outfit. When I checked Peanut's outfits in my game, I saw that I already had it unlocked, and just wanted to make sure if it was unlocked from a previous event.
