Need some help/ideas

Got anyone a strategy how to get the most out in the shortest time?

And how do I get gems for boosting jobs/stats?
(ik with every new char there you get some gems) but it's not enough as every upgrade costs 10 Gems

The only thing you should buy with gems is the speed multipliers in the shop, buy them in the order of 2, 64, 64

Also don't gild the first three jobs if you are going to buy Darya (which basically a huge Diamonds girl). Two better jobs are DLC related (Grave and Tree). The last one which is the best job is being PES exclusive.

Darya and catara bundles make the game FAR easier, and it supports the devs who are wonderful ppl!
