Amelia missing from store

I missed the Amelia LTE, it says i can buy it in the store, But it doesn't show up for me. Am i missing something or has it not arrived yet?

Hello! Are you looking in the right section? Because she was originally a phone fling, you should find her under the "phone fling" tab in the store!
If you don't see her there, I would recommend forcing an update on your game!
Right click on the game in your Steam Library, click on "properties" then "installed files" and click "Verify Integrity of files" and that should update the game for you!

Amelia is NOT in the Shop
I checked every tab
