Report a translation problem
I'm assuming that you are talking about playing from the same computer and not switching computers - if you are switching computers, please use the manual save/load to transfer the most current progress.
Looking at your auto-saves, I can't see any issue with the game reverting. It is possible that you are playing from a shortcut on your desktop sometimes? It's possible that the game could load you as a different "user" if you do that and actually load up save progress that isn't your current one. The game not autosaving that version of your game is usually an indicator of similar to this - where the game is confused on which person is playing it.
I restored the most recent and advanced autosave to Slot1 of your saved slots, you can Load it from the More screen. If the scenarios I'm describing don't apply in your case, could you send us a quick email support@sadpandastudios.com include your SPSID from the More screen and a description of this issue and we can help troubleshoot other reasons this might be happening.

Since this has been happening I've been forcing two autosaves before closing the game but that doesn't really help when it can still decide to revert back months randomly.
Edit: The save you've recovered for me into Slot1 appears to be the earlier save that I made today before logging on again later during the day, thank you.
Still no idea though why this happens around once a month though.
I should have done it, once again I lost 5 days of progress.
I've replied a couple of times after the first answer and I'm still losing progress
This doesn't happen with any other game so it has something to do with SadPanda's servers, updated or something because this seems to happen to me at least every update and every new month.
Just a shame that this is an ongoing issue that has been going on for a long time and there hasn't been a fix from the devs yet.

I've restored your game from before the game lost those tokens and filled in the other ones you are missing. I restored this to your slot1 saveslot, you can Load the save from the More screen.

Hi,
Sorry for the frustrations, if you were playing recently and lost all your game progress - it really looks like your game was being run from a shortcut on your computer and not from within the Steam library. SteamID authentication is required for the game to make backups - and cloudsaves.
But, if the last time you played was a couple years ago - that might have been before Steam saving was implemented. I've found an old gamesave on your account and restored it to Slot1 of your saveslots, you can Load it from the More screen.

I'm not switching computers, and my game--for the last 3 or 4 days has been reverting. I am using the manual save, so that I can go back to where I left off. Not sure if it's the game, or if "cloud" isn't working with Steam!
