progress restart?

So I haven't played in quite a while and almost all my progress is lost. gems I used on jobs, time bonuses, (i still seem to have many of the characters I unlocked just gotta be re-unlocked for the jobs) while on my laptop that has all my progressed saved but it won't carry over. if need be I can take a picture using my fun to show both.

Crush Crush will only attempt an automatic save transfer the first time you play on a device. Beyond that, you need to use the Save and Load buttons on the More tab whenever you're switching.

I've seen this posted a few times now but I don't see a Load button under the MORE menu options in the version of the game I'm running:

Maybe due to it being the mobile version of the game, I'm assuming? Even if so, how would I sync if I ever decide to use a different platform and come back to the mobile version? Hope that signing in and out and choosing the Save Game option works?

so if i play on laptop and save it there it should save for my desktop? whats weird is i didn't have this issue when i came from my old desktop...

The save and load buttons are only in the Steam version. You're playing on Nutaku. That version is not mobile so much as it is a web version, and that one stores the save game on your Nutaku account, so there's no need to transfer anything - just log in.

You will still need to press Load on your desktop, but yes.

The reason you didn't have the issue when you came from your desktop is because you didn't already have a save game on the computer you moved to. That is the *only* time the game will attempt to automatically load an autosave.

Once there is already save data, it will not be overwritten; you have to do that yourself.

You will still need to press Load on your desktop, but yes.
