Crush Crush AI ads

I got today on Google Crush Crush ad - however it had AI generated picture with two catgirls and it doesn't even keep the game style - and of course, these two characters are not in the game.

Why are you using such ads? Won't this get you "ad scam" reviews since people won't find these girls in the game?

i mean, technicly its quill, but i would assume its an art choice with the artist improving as opposed to use actuall screenshots, its not diffrent then final fantasy useing the video FMG as promo while the majority of the game looks diffrent.

I could be wrong but I get the strong sense that I've seen that image or different images of those same girls in some anime (or hentai) show or game that's out there. Can't place them in anything specific though... I'd guess that it was probably some random hentai themed cheap trash game out there that someone used AI images for. Or who knows, maybe I could be thinking of some random fan art (or r34) of something that I stumbled across at some point. There's just something familiar about it but my mind is quick to rule out anything related to Crush Crush.

EDIT: Man, looking through image search results for anime catgirls with red eyes white hair and braids... And it's amazing all the dozens upon dozens of different examples that come up, and only one or two of them actually have braids. The rest match up for eye and hair color, and nothing else.

Similar to what Muljostpho said, I'm pretty sure I've seen those same girls show up on other Google Ads. So it could be a with Google Ads.

Either that or it could be a rid off game.

I've received an ad on mobile before for the exact game I'm playing, and then it leads of to another game of the same genre...
It wasn't as simple as just stealing images or something, because the second time it even had the name pop up. So maybe they just steal the whole ad or something's fishy going on in their ad systems.

No, it isn't technically Quill (you won't say technically all humans are the same, a head, two arms and two legs, won't you?).

Maybe they just paid for the ad and the hired company did this using AI showing cute anime catgirls to clickbait people.

My whole point is, it would damage the ratings of the game itself when people found out, that the actual game doesn't look like these two catgirls (and it doesn't even have them).
This false ads really should not be happening and I think dev should take action with Google, because this looks like scaming people with false ads. I played a lot of this game on steam and mobile, and I don't want it to be called a game with scam ai ads.
