Reset Boost Questions

How long in 2024 do you reckon it would take a F2P player to hit the 2,048x cap for the boost from a completely fresh start?

Also, I've noticed something really evil in one of the girl's requirements. "Consume <x> reset boost". As a completionist I find this quite distasteful.

Does this mean it's not possible to finish all the girls with full boost intact? Or I'd have to fork over who knows how many skip reset bundles for an absurd amount of diamonds to achieve that.

First, do not buy skip reset bundles. It's a waste unless you want to do it under months or something and have a lot of spare diamonds.

Beating this game from experience, I recommend you need to have 2048 reset boosts + the maximum store boost (2 pack 64x and 1 pack 2x if I not mistaken) to "finish the game".

And for F2P, it took me around 1 to 2 years because of store boosts, and I'm sure it can be optimized to do under that time.

The consume reset boost will return the boost once you finish that girl or do a soft reset. It's not like your reset is going away.

Oh you get the consumed reset boost back after completing the girl(Is) that took it? That's a big relief... not so evil now, thanks for sharing that. Is this information posted somewhere? How did you learn about that?

I reeeeeally didn't want to ever even consider a skip reset purchase, I only intended on buying speed boost cap and exclusive bundles for diamonds. It's just that I'm also a completionist and it would leave a very, very bad taste in my mouth if I worked hard to complete every girl only to be knocked down to an imperfect Reset Boost that I worked hard to build up and couldn't reset to gain it back since that would undo completing the girls.

Max store boost is 64* 64* 2*. Or 8* 8* 8* 8* 2*. Other combinations aren't nearly as diamond cost effective.

It took you 1 - 2 years to max out your reset boost as a F2P player?

Yep, took 1 2 years due to the store boost. I recommend saving up and buy 2 pack 64x and 1 pack 2x. It's the most optimal way to save diamonds during my time as F2P (pretty years ago).

I have beaten two girls that have the consume reset boosts. They are LTE Shibuki and base game Dark One. But should you soft reset, you regain those consume boosts. So far only these two can consume the boost, and no one else.

And hate to break you this, but you are going to reset, and fully date Cassie a lot. Make the 2048x reset boost your first goal, then feel free to max out.

P/s: Keep noting and hearing the voicelines of base girls. Maxing boosts mean their stages will be skipped really fast, losing out most of the voicelines.

I'm sorry, I'm having trouble understanding this part. Store boost shouldn't be a thing as a F2P player, right? At least especially a new player, whom from scratch has to save up a huge amount of diamonds for that first 64*... Reset boost is from what I can see purely a F2P prestige feature? Hmm.

Oh that's not a problem at all. I started playing on the 18th.. but only for an hour or two and put it down for a couple days then finally had some time to really sink into it, did some cheeky resets to 16x and dove as deep as I could, then grinded up to 128x the next day, then spent a day doing a much much deeper dive for time blocks to make reset grinding a lot faster and am clocking in about 500x every 6 hours, which is about how much time I have to commit to it each day right now. Sitting on 1377x so far, so should have it capped out really soon. Not even grinding Cassie to Lover, takes too many clicks and seconds for not enough reset gain.. the further girls you can speedily get to and push until the clicks take too many seconds the better trade for real time on your resets imo. Right now the sweet spot is 3-5 levels on each girl up to Nutaku. Technically could go 3 or 4 girls further for a slightly (+5%) more efficient reset cycle but the amount of extra clicking and thinking per cycle makes it a lot trickier to keep up at a fast pace.

I appreciate that, I was also concerned about such. As a completionist and a sucker for story and hearing all lines of dialog, I made sure to hear all the lines I could draw out with Talk button and their level up lines during the slow deep dives... at least for the first few girls so far. Plan on doing that for everyone. I only switch on skipping options when grinding prestige.

Yes, F2P players do indeed have to do that. Store boost stacks multiplicatively with your reset boost, so it will take literal decades if you don't.

And yes, it takes time to save up for it. But you do get diamonds both from LTEs and from progression, so it can be done in less than a year as long as you spend them right.

Oh I see, alright. I guess the confusion on my end is that I was asking how long the reset boost specifically, should take to cap out for a new player. I do understand the store boost takes a lot of slowly farmed diamonds for F2P.

I think the reset Boost (2048) took me near 3 month as F2P. Started in March and was finish in June.
The store Boost took a bit longer (5 or 6 month with all the LTE and Parallel Event Girls), there I still miss 1x64 Boost.

Yep, only these two ways.
So depend on optimizing your run, you would want to do the who doesn't have that (not Shibuki and Dark One) then do who has consume boost reset.
