How much does it cost to get all only purchasable characters? not including the characters you get from purchasing the other games?

Assuming full price only, $37 would get you all of the purchase-only characters: Brie, Catara, Charlotte, Darya (who comes with a ton of diamonds), Explora, Ranma and Suzu, all of which have to be bought on their own. If you want to throw in Peanut's Deluxe Date, which is also paid-only, the total goes to $39.

Mallory is unlocked by owning Cabin Fever, and Lotus is unlocked by owning Hush Hush.

In addition to that, there are also the phone fling girls. These all have a one-off LTE when they first get added as full girls, but it doesn't repeat. For each one of those you missed, you'll need to pay 200 diamonds. However, since you can earn diamonds for free through the LTE system anyway (at a rate of about one per day), it's hard to put an exact cost on that, as it'll depend on how patient you are.

Oh, and there's also the original four monster girls. They *have* been LTEs in the past, but I'm not sure they're going to repeat. It's 50 diamonds for Jelle and Quillzone in a bundle, and another 50 diamonds for Bonchovy and Spectrum, also bundled. They are not permanently available, however, so you'd want to keep an eye out for when they return to the store. (They can be particularly useful if you're still going through the story, since they have pretty low requirements, and talking is improved significantly for every girl you currently have at Lover.)

The phone fling girls currently in that latter category are Amelia, Babybelle, Generica, Lake, Nova, Renée, Ruri, Sawyer and Wendy, though more will be added over time.

Everyone else is obtainable at no cost through the LTE system (though it may take a year or two for any particular girl to come back around) or Parallel Events.

Keep in mind that to unlock Lotus and Mallory, you can spend money on their respective games to unlock.

Lotus is a side character of Hush Hush.
Mallory is Cabin Fever.

Although a bit expensive, but I advise you should hold back from buying both of them ingame store of CC. They are not worth the price of $2 each.
