Question about Alpha (SPOILERS!)

I haven't yet reached Lover level with Bearverly, but I presume the potion you give her at Girlfriend level is what turns her into a human.
Is Alpha a similar case? A potion might not work on her, since she's a hologram, but is there an item you have to give her which would transform her into a real girl?

I'm just now hearing about this. Do I need to manually give it to her or does it get automaticaly given once you get to that point?

It becomes a gift item, much like how the potion does for Bearverly.
