Is there a more efficient way to get free diamonds?

You only have one option and that is to get your event daily reward I wish you could get them by getting any girl to lover stage. This would give you 1 diamond every time you do and it continues even past resets. Maybe you could give it a cool down maybe like every day with enough work you can get a diamond of each girl or something.

Only way is buying them. Its how they make money or you can take your sweet time and go slow with the gems you get for free. Its is a slow grind.

The easiest way to build up your diamonds early in the game is to Level up the girls. The first time they gain levels, you will unlock their achievements. Each girl grants at least 1 diamond for each achievement(with a couple small exceptions) and 3 for the final lover achievement. If you just play the base girls this will grant you over 200 diamonds.

You only get rewarded diamonds ONCE though... once for each relationship level per girl.

uhhh, yeah - you only get a reward when you unlock the achievement, once it's unlocked - you won't get another reward for it.

It's not free, but for a new player just pick up Daria. The girl is pretty decent and she comes with a lot of diamonds and part of her thing is adding bonuses to your skills so they go even faster.

basically instead of playing the FTP version, Daria and Catara is like buying the base game and you will enjoy it a lot more. :)
