Lost sale purchases

So during the sale I bought both of the monster girl bundles, for a total of 60 diamonds. I blew through all four girls, because I'm fairly high-leveled, and got a bunch of new time blocks and about half of the diamonds I spent. Now when I load the game up again, still on the same save file, Jelle and Quillzone are both gone, and have to be re-purchased. No diamonds have been refunded to me, however, some things seem to have stayed, like the new time blocks I got. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't want to have to purchase the bundle again, but I also don't want to miss out on the full Monster Girl set. Is there any way I can get them back?

I am experiencing the same issue with Tessa, I completely finished it, and now she is gone, and I also was not refunded any diamonds.

Check again now, if you close/open your game - this should be fixed up.

This happened to me with Shibuki today. I purchased the Shibuki bundle yesterday and when I logged in today Shibuki was greyed out in the girls tab and my diamonds were not refunded.

This actually happened to me with Sirina back in... I want to say late November or early December? I just kind of... accepted it, but if it's a known error now I thought maybe I should mention it occurred back then, too.
