Crush crush theme in Hataraku Maou-sama!

I've recently been watching the anime Hataraku Maou-sama! and randomly about 9-10 min into episode 4 someone's phone starts ringing with the ringtone of "Sugar Kiss" the Crush Crush theme song. I understand it's a royalty free song so anyone can use it but I just thought it was interesting and a bit weird to find a song I've heard so many times appear in this anime.

I also wondered if anyone else had heard it anywhere else or had a similar thing happen to them with royalty free music.
