Playfab ID disappeared, can't login to save?
Two days or so ago my save and load buttons changed into a single 'Login to save' one. When I click on it, it does nothing. I also can't go to the store anymore, since it'll take me to the login button.

There's probably something stupidly obvious I'm overlooking, but I can't seem to figure it out :steamfacepalm: Help, anyone?

ETA: I just noticed that my Playfab ID is blank; I'm definitely sure I had one before.

Other people once had similar issues, not being logged into their Steam accounts, but launching the game from its folder instead. I take it you're launching your game properly through Steam?

Yeah, I've always simply launched it through Steam. I never did anything different from the moment I had an ID to when I suddenly didn't--not that I can think of that could possibly have any influence on this, anyway. Not even driver updates or anything. I'm baffled.

ETA: So, I just launched it again, and, because I'm an eternal optimist, checked on the save button... and I have an ID again. I did absolutely zilch, so I've no idea why it dis- and reappeared whatsoever, but I just counted my blessings and got me some diamonds before my ID ran off on me again :')

There's an odd "feature" on the Nutaku version regarding this now that you remind me. You can "save" your progress, but doing so would be moot since there isn't a "load" button for you to refer to a restore point. The ID thing is a new one for me. Haven't had that issue yet. It would be advisable to record such a thing. I'd better do that ASAP!

I also only launch via Steam and had the same problem - ID gone, login option did nothing. I have no clue what the underlying bug actually is, but simply relaunching the game seemed to fix it.

I'm having the same problem, but relaunching the game does not fix it. I've even tried to restart my PC in the hope that when Steam restarted it would be fixed, but no such luck...:sadelf:

Do you have by any chance the Steam Overlay disabled for Crush Crush? It's a long shot, but it's the last thing that comes to mind before drawing a blank on that one.

The problem corrected itself (no idea what did it) :steamhappy: Steam Overlay was enabled and working fine.

I only had that issue when running Crush Crush from my task bar.
Steam Overlay and buying diamonds is disabled when I do this since a few months ago.

Steam Overlay, shop and everything else works fine when I need it to, if I turn it on via Steam.
I seem to have this issue with other f2p Steam games that log into a 3rd party server, notably Heroes and Generals.
