When you visit a girl then Ayano she'll say something bad about them. And the girls will talk about feeling like their being watched! It's so cool! I'm listing what is said about all of the girls I have, which is up to Pamu (I have Luna but am only in the secont phase so I can't see any of the new dialogue from here)
If you have a girl above Pamu/Luna please post what she says below as I would love to read it!

wow...that really IS cool! I realized talking to the girls that Alpha said something about stalkers today... a good clue that she was today's date... much better than just checking all the girls by dating one at a time!

Uh, this has been a thing since Ayano was added to the game, as far as I understand it. At the very least, it was already a thing by the time I started playing, and I'm soon getting my Play for a Year achievement. Not just an event thing, and I doubt they'll turn it off once it's over. It's not a clue to which girl she's stalking that day. You just have to click another girl and then Ayano to see what Ayano might say about the other girl, or go from Ayano to another girl to see what that girl has to say about Ayano

I've played the game for about that amount of time as well but i've never seen these comments. I may be wrong though, and if I am I shall be disappointed in myself.

Yes, this has been around for a while now. While it would have been neat to be event-related, it's still interesting to see how much the girls in the game have to say on the subject. If you go to the guides section and look for "Yandere-chan Ayano" you'll see someone has put a lot of time into trying to find all of the Ayano-related dialog in the game.

They are in game since Ayano was introduced. But girls will say them only after they reach Lover level with Marshmallow.

And you can esaily extract all of them from game code)
