On account of her being a Yandere, her event about killing her rivals and her source game all about you playing her murdering other students to get a guy this pinup doesn't in anyway surprise me, also several people used the insta finish at the start and these images have been in the screenshot tab for the last week or so.

There are no open wounds. Nothing that even resembles one. Also, the "blood" looks quite a bit orange rather than crimson. Calm your own insecurities, and if this picture offends you, feel free to stop playing the game. Also, take a minute to read Mumalot's post, it's spot on.
