What's the deal with Ayano?

I've noticed when I'm having to click the flirt button for Bonnebel, occasionally Ayano's face goes all freaked out. What's the deal?

She's a crazy stalker that's obsessed with you, remember how generica just disappeared right around the time you met her?

She's originally from another game calles 'Yandere Sim'

You'll find that her face changes not only when you're flirting, but just spontaneously throughout the game. She's REALLY happy to see you, so much that if she can't have you, NO ONE CAN.

LOL I'm seeing that. I was wondering if she was supposed to cause anything else to happen. At one point, Bonnebal even said "OH Who left this meat cleaver here?"

Sometimes when she does that if you click back over to her she will make a comment about the girl you were interacting with.

If you flip back and forth between Ayano and the other girls, you'll encounter unique dialog from both her and the others.

Ayano is a very special girl, appearing courtesy of the incredibly talented Yandere-Dev. Check out his game / youtube channel / website / etc.

Oh, do the messages only appear when you go from Ayano to another girl?

Every girl have "fear lines" when you come to her from Ayano. And Ayano have "bad" lines about last girl you visited before her. But IIRC they will appears only for girls at Lover level.
