If you let Q-Piddy sacrifice herself, you can continue playing normally.
This is what I concluded from my play. Correct me someone if I'm wrong.
Oh thanks well I guess I know which order i have to do the endings in now
Since the Memory Album still gets wiped on reset and I was planning on resetting anyway, I just went ahead and took the true ending in case the future trigger for Hard Mode is already implemented in code somewhere and thus I don't need to do it again, then the next time around I'll take the other ending for endless mode and see what happens from there.
Or is this the opposite of what I'm supposed to do? I mean, I don't exactly need any more achievements, since that's all that is left to be gained in postgame, and as far as that's concerned I'm just waiting to see if any new jobs get added so that those last two money-based achievements might actually become doable.
I dunno, maybe plans will change again and we'll get a Truer Ending where QPiddy and Marshmallow don't need to do anything and/or ALL the girls help seal the portal. Yes, Pamu too.
What I did was to create a manual save file just before I got QPernikiss's affection to 100% in the final stage.
That way, I was able to view both endings.
