Why do planes just sit on the runway after they have lined up and are cleared for takeoff. Why are valuable seconds being wasted? . Can we get a "cleared for immediate takeoff " option?

I bought this product priot to tower 3d pro being available, and I would like to use voice recognition, is there an add on i can purchase, or would I have to buy the pro instead? that would be a heafty price to pay for someone who bought the game early, and has paid for the real colors and other add ons...anyone have any suggestions?...

directions in game say you can right click to choose taxi lanes on landed aircraft. I am unable to make this work and thus have to keep deleting aircraft to eliminate traffic jams. Does anybody know if there is something I am missing?
