Where to find settings file?
Got Halo Wars DE today. Tried to play around with the settings but for some reason - I think maybe fullscreen/windowed fullscreen? - I got something 'stuck' where it makes my second monitor blink and stays blank on my main screen. If I alt-tab out I can see the main menu screen but the moment I try to press my way into the options it gets stuck again.

Has anyone encountered similar problems? Is there a way to access the settings as a file 'manually' to change it from outside the game's menus? Would appreciate any help.

Windowed Fullscreen has been known to cause such issues, either launch the game with the startup command line -safemode (in your steam libraby properties while right-clicking the Halo Wars entry), or delete the GameConfig.dat to reset settings to default in the C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Halo Wars folder (Appdata is a hidden folder, so if you haven't already, you need to tweak a windows setting to see hidden folders, google will give simple guides on that).

well, you can access appdata, if you type in %appdata% in the explorer too
