I was literally just about to make this thread. I don't understand why game developers can't put the effort into making the keyboard and mouse work properly. I use a left hand set up, so when a game doesn't allow for basic features like rebinding any key you want, it's a serious pain. For the time being I have to use a controller, which really sucks because I was looking forward to using a mouse.

+1 Hopefully this will be looked into, Want mouse wheel to simply be zooming in and out, like DayCab said, Q & E would work fine as rotating the camera given the default WASD movement system.
And I want to rebind Alternative Action (R) to my fourth mouse button.
