Yeah, a quick google search suggests that you're correct. Here's hoping they update it to be compatible with the PC version, if 343i doesn't release any tools in the future :)
Yeah, been reading about it the past 30 min or so, will play around with it tomorrow :)
And this doesn't make sense when you consider Age of Empires 2 allows for modding. It even has a workshop and allows for things like changing the sprites of the characters.
Halo Wars already had DLC on the 360 that's bundled into this version of the game. I doubt we'd see any additional DLC. It's mostly just waiting to see if the developers of this port will release their internal tools to the public.
The H2EK being lacking I think is more to do with the more rushed nature of that game's port. Like it didn't even have keybindings in the UI.
It's not a issue of rushed but MS promised a lot of things with H2V only to lie about it and tell us "too bad"
Technically we already have mod tools ready to go, just documentation for them is necessary. The current guide for it isnt really helpful.
Again Halo 2 PC was rushed, you can see it everywhere with that version of the game.
