The alternate version (free-for-all to use) will never happen given the nature of the game.

I mean you guy have a ton of mount skin's the least you could do is make the skins account bound. World of Warcraft made all of there's account bount and gave players achievements for unlocking a ton of mounts to get secret mounts seems like a no brainer there.
The quest itself (Spark Hardening, I believe) can be acquired from the top-temple floor on Isle of Revelation at level 60 -- and successfully completeing the trials/dailies/requirements allows you and your new reincarnation to share:
Bag,
Bank,
Gold,
Myrrh,
Runes,
Costumes,
Astral Ship,
Cross-Class abilities,
Mounts (and mount feed),
Patron (and its active blessing),
And all tems acquired from the Boutique, as well as the special (unique) bonuses gained from Radiant Strongbox items.
It is also part of the lore (see 'spark'), explaining why these benefits are bestowed upon a reincarnation and not just some random other generated 'character', of which can be made cross faction, that has absolutely no bearing on your main characters own achievements or activities. That's not saying the frustration is not understandable - but that is/was how it has been handled for many years in Allods, and how it will remain for the forseeable future.
A reincarnation is essentially an extention of your main character - both of which benefit eachother in many ways, whereas an alt is just that... An alt that has no relation to your main in any way.
Sorry you feel that way. We have no problem with constructive feedback or criticism, though the above type of post is anything but. Given the core questions were already answered, and considering the wild U turn from discussion to bashing, this topic will now be closed.
