Hello S4G,

Could you check again? The page is working perfectly fine for me and there have been no other complaints thus far, so it could possibly be on your end (if it wasn't just a temporary site problem).

When you get there, hit CTRL+F5 to hard-refresh the cookies and be sure there aren't any 'no-script' or other plugin types conflicting with your attempts. In addition, feel free to test with a different browser if it's not too inconvenient. For example, sometimes Chrome will work where Firefox will not (and vice versa) for various reasons.

If none of this succeeds, feel free to submit your ticket ID here and we'll investigate the matter over the next few days.

Regards,
Ropey

Thanks for fast reply, So ive tried as above - in all 3 web browsers, firefox, IE, Chrome and same message.

Also curious is their a part of the My.com, or allods.my.com where one is meant to put their say payment method they wish to use, because I dont get prompted at that subscription page at all.

My Ticket: TJE-780-78205

also just found that their must be something wrong with your guys web page, as for example I can goto Crystal bundles and Manual Top-UP on the http://allods.my.com/ and then takes me to http://allods.my.com/en/billing - this asks for Payment method which is what I would have thought the subscription page would actually do!

No problem Smile,

Subscription is bought via crystals, not money, hence there is no 'payment method' page. Said crystals can be acquired via normal payments or in-game means - you simply need to ensure you have the amount of crystals needed for the subscription time you desire, then visit above mentioned page and submit them.

Once again, the subscription page seems to be working 100% perfectly on my side, so this is clearly one of those awkward browser issues that require digging in order to root out and resolve.

While we may not have an immediate solution for you at this time, be sure to try any common methods you can think of, such as cleaning out cookies and temporary files, or even re-installing the browser if you suspect at any point that it could possibly be a computer-side issue. In the meantime, we'll take this ticket ID and raise it should this matter not be resolved over the course of the day.

Keep us posted if you think (or encounter) anything else that might aid support in their investigation and we'll catalogue it -- and thank you for your patience!

I'm having this issue, too. I've tried a few different browsers, reset my cookies, etc. I keep getting the internal error when trying to buy a subscription from the website. I have 500 of each type of crystal for a total of 1000. Can we not use both types to fund a subscription?

No we can't, someone just posted a similar question with an answer. Gots to be blue crystals! That was my issue anyway.

Hey Pamkhat,

I've just answered someone with that same issue - here's a quote:

Blue Crystals

Subscription requires blue crystals - these are tradable, thus can be acquired via currency exhange NPC, auction house, or bought via our website. Most if not all boutique items purchased using blue crystals are also tradable.

Purple Crystals

Premium (purple) crystals are untradable, as are items bought from the boutique using them. They are typically given as rewards for certain contests, in-game events, or boutique related quests and features.

They are their own unique currency thus can't be mixed with the blue crystals.

In short, you can't mix both to pay for subscription, as the website indicates that blue crystals are required. This may explain why purchases are not going through, but not why the subscription page itself is not working for certain people.

I'd like to ask anyone who is having problems "loading" the page to please create a support ticket then supply the ticket ID in this thread. I'll be able to collect them in batch and have support compile them for reference and investigation. If the subscription is not going through because you do not have the right amount of 'blue' crystals, then it is likely intended.

The page itself is still working perfectly fine for me and others, so be very specific when providing browser/computer details as situations like this can be hard to pin-point sometimes - every bit of info helps!

Much appreciated,
Ropey

Nevermind. I literally just figured it out.
Have to buy crystals from Manual Top-up first.
Then go to Become a Subscriber and choose the period that reflects the amount of crystals purchased. And that's it. :steamfacepalm:
