Mind Dungeon: Heart, Island, and Sword.

Anyone know if there are interactions for the tied up heart, the island off in the distance which comes closer (not sure what makes it comes closer, levelling up?), and the sword which seems locked near the castle.

for the sword, I think you need to max out all Karta, and when you reach level 100, give the sword to Asuka the far off island seems to be linked to banished entities, but I don't know if banished entities do anything in I.V., and the heart... seems about as relevant as the camera and rory soul survivor, which I don't know if they do anything either Edit: wait, I forgot that the island gets closer, maybe that's tied to entities you banish. I know for each entity you banish an additional sprite shows up on that island

I've been level 100 with maxed Karta for a while now and the sword is still locked, so unless there's somehow a karta I missed I don't think thats it

did you talk to Asuka in the mind dungeon? She should be asleep on the ground in front of the krow theater. I think she appears once you get to 100, and the sword gets unlocked once you upgrade all Karta and I guess talk to her. this might also only be in New Game ++ Also you should have 12 different karta all at level 4

I found Asuka by chance, though I'm near certain she wasn't there before, as she sticks out. By this point I was at the calender stage.

Maybe she doesnt show up until you are near the end of the game? I cant find her and have maxed karta and over lvl 100 already. Ill keep going im near the end of ng++

No I saw her way earlier, I don't know what I did to trigger her if it isn't everything I said already. Did you get the new game + ending? I know doing the KNN ending gives you New game ++ option without doing new game +, or maybe there's other differences I don't know about. Edit: okay Cunk found her, but I don't know what issue Demaeter has. were you able to get the sword Cunk?

Yeah I was able to do it all.

Checking online some say you need a broken record or something you get on the locked chest at the start of the game. Thing is I did the normal game then got the alternate ending where you find her behind a tree near your house. After that got the normal ending leading to NG+.

After doing NG+ saved and started NG++ but I didnt have my stuff to open the chest... im guessing I need to start a whole third playthrough for this

Since I already collected the pogs on my first playthrough I also just breezed through the game to try and beat this boss but it seems like I wont be able to.

I have not done the PAX thing on the Mind Dungeon ill try that next

EDIT: I found out I was wrong I was thinking you could not access the first area where you find the locked chest with the broken music record expecting to have to open it as you start a new game. Suddenly found out the entrance in the well to go back. Got the record and Asuka showed up for the sword and special boss

Now.. is there supposed to be a 2nd part of the record somewhere?

Broken record is sold to jacosta during endgame to get Alex's ultimate weapon. Alternately you can sell it to mark for cash

Thanks! Im doing one last run to check what happens is you are a jerk to someone and makes him go away (at least until the third route is discovered)

his ghost appears in the storage closet in the KNN ending route, those are the only impacts i know of being mean to rory

regarding the broken record forgot to add you sell the broken record then buy the ultimate weapon from jacosta
