What game engine does this use?

I'm kind of curious. I know I had played this game a couple of years ago, and I want to try playing it again to see what it was like, but it made me thought about something. What game engine does Intruder Alert: Ixian Operations use?

Sorry for not answering earlier. Somehow I didn't get a notification. The game is written in Delphi and uses Andorra 2D engine, which is a very simple engine.
