Download the LibOVRRT64_1.dll from here:
https://github.com/rodolZ80/bypass-oculus-detector/releases

Copy the dll file to the game folder.

I was just playing this on my Quest 2 using Virtual desktop, works great without the above fix. Will this allow the Oculus Rift 2 to work ?

Yes, I tried this on the quest 3 recently, and the whole thing looks like you're playing in a fishbowl. Completely unplayable. Annoying that I enjoy a game that is so simple and yet unable to play it because of no support from the dev/publishers.

I was able to play it just fine, the image was only slightly distorted but noticeable.

The game has a bug. Vsync must be disabled in the GPU driver. Otherwise the game will only run at 60 FPS.
