In general, I turn my UI font displays up for everything (system UI, in games, web browsers) because I don't see very well.
We will compare it with FireAlpacaSE.

I don't really understand what you're looking for. All I can say is that MANY apps and games have options to set the UI to display larger. This is an option I always choose, as do other people who have difficulties with vision.

Aseprite is also a "drawing" program, but for pixel art.
Here's an example of the default font size (100% UI scaling), which is much too small on my screen, and an example of the setting for 200% UI scaling, which is what I set it to.
