Update: My mcafee was being dumb its fine now

I'm having the same issue. Go to launch the program and McAfee says it is a potential threat.

I use macfee as well but I don't even know where I would start looking to fix it.

Same issue here sometimes it'll open when I want it to but then later it'll trip as a virus for no reason

Seems like it's a McAfee issue

you need to turn off real time scanning in mcafee then launch
