Well, they could probably port it to PC, but the biggest problem is that they would need to translate it into English for an intenational release, unlike their previous releases which already had translations by Atlus (Conception II), Aksys (Zero Time Dilemma), NiS America (Danganronpa)...
So, not until Spike Chunsoft hires translators for this particular game. Maybe they'll make a remastered version for PC/PS4/Vita someday and translate it then...

I really liked the game from the get go, it was funny to see so many innuendos done right just from the first hour

I say the first game was much superior to this one in terms of story.
Even the music from the first game was great, which the 2nd game recycled alot of them
