What is "underneath" because a lot of the time it feels like they don't attack at all...
I don't really understand the meaning of this, it makes them very hard to manipulate...
They don't attack anything under them, that is normal, they sometimes just don't attack at all, which is not.
I take Ashbite and put him into a corner above a tower, he will fire at practically everything in that bend, basic attacks included ; put him near a straight road or an intersection and he will stop basic attacks, only using his skills.
Not sure what triggers it, but sometimes his basic attack range is fine, other times his basic attacks are completely switched off, even if you try to manually place him into a position where he could be easily attacking from.
So...?
Could this be fixed please?
Bonehart's skill set makes his range very wide, so the issue's not as noticeable as Ashbite, who is currently among my least used heroes because of the sheer difficulty of positioning him.
I really do think this is a bug. Because depending on how you put hime, it will or won't fire, even if it's at the same distance. I don't think this is intended, I mean, even if it's a low ranged hero, it should fire when being close, what it doesn't necessarily do...
What you mention seems like how they are designed to work and not a bug. They are a little bit tricky to place, because they don't fire beneath or above them. Their range is like the sides of a ring.
In any case, we'll keep your feedback in mind if we decide to change them.
Thanks for your feedback!
Great game otherwise.
