Hiya. This game is actually quite different to City of Chains in terms of gameplay. It was a bit experimental, as I wanted to try making a dungeon crawler and allow the players to have a lot of control of who to pick for their team of vigilantes. Because of that, the story takes a back seat here and isn't a focus. City of Chains by comparison is more story-focused and has much more choice & consequence mechanics.

According to most player feedback, many seemed to have enjoyed City of Chains, though Outrage only has very mixed reactions and most of my usual audience weren't fond of its gameplay (so I doubt I'd be making more games similar to Outrage and instead will be concentrating more on games like CoC).

So I recently played this game & I must say City of Chains is the better game in comparison.

Yeah, it definitely is. Outrage was more experimental and it's much shorter. After seeing that players enjoyed City of Chains style game a lot more (more focus on story and choices), I decided to stick to that style of games more. :) Mercury: Cascade into Madness plays very much like CoC, even though its story revolves around one of the characters from Outrage.

Thanks for playing btw.
