Protoman armor glitch?

so I just spent ages killing zombies and completing all the sandbox challenges, i got the achievment, but didn't get the protoman armor, is this common?

i completed OtR on 360 PS3 and PC and that never happened to me.
Just the Map glitch from DR2 when putting on the complete Arthur armor.

Seriously? Prob has something to do with the trophy not recognizing to unlock it, means we need the save transfer tool working that much more.
(i only finished DR2 OtR on GFWL guessed i should have specified)

I just completed the final challenge. I received the achievement, but the armor did not unlock.

Game worked fine before and could sign into games for windows live so i could be signed into that and steam at the same time, could find something to play with someone all that much easier.

I never had GFWL, All I know is that i got the trophy and no armor

I just nabbed DR2 and DR2OTR from a Steam sale, what a steal I thought. 38 hrs later, gold on all challenges, no Protoman armor =( is there any fix to this yet? These posts are from a year ago, how have they not fixed this yet?? If anyone has ANY way to score that armor, I'd be extremely grateful.

Because this is Capcom they too busy charging for 5 year old DLC at FULL PRICE charging for costume DLC in Resident Evil Zero and "Remastering" RE6 for new gen "consoles".....
Their fanboys only care about DMC and Resident Evil could care less about DR the save transfer tool they promised is STILL broken Capcom does what they do best release poorly optimized products then dissapear.
(someone got their saves transfered over but it didn't transfer trophies as promised forget where the solution was posted still need to figure it out for myself and a bud)

Yep me too just reinstalled my retail Games for Windows Live Version so i could still use my save for Off the Record and be signed into xbox friends and steam at the same time.
Was going to play DR2 with a friend once i transfered and re 100% Off the Record which thanks to Crapcom didn't happen

There is a guide here on steam with a mod for the protoman armor if anyone wants to unlock the armor when they didn't get it from the achievement
