I use WeMod which is an application that uses cheats. It's free if you want to press F1 - F10 to activate other than anything else.
Basically, you download WeMod, then make an account, it scans steam for any games of it's compatibility. Upon finishing, you need to go to the game that you want to cheat, in this case, Dead Rising 2. Press play on the near-top right of the screen play and the cheats should unlock within 10 seconds of loading in.
I activate F5 for unlimited health. In the meantime, I will look for some code in the game files that help with this problem. Reply to this comment if you need help or anything.
