1. Go to Wild West Grill House at the Food Court and take 3 Steaks. (You might need to be at a higher level to have a bigger inventory).
2. Go to Yucatan Casino to activate the fight against Ted and Snowflake.
3. After the cutscene, the fight begins. Quickly turn back and climb the ledge outside Baron Van Brathaus. There's an LMG there; use it to kill Ted.
4. After Ted is dead, position yourself next to the white door (Towards the maintenance corridor outside Snowflake's den). There should be a big space between you and the slot machines. (She often runs that way to kill some zombies)
5. Throw the steak between you and Snowflake. Do not be near the steak or Snowflake will attack you instead.
6. After she eats all three pieces, she will join you.

P.S. You can take her picture when she is eating for extra PP.

lmao when she's walking towards you to attack, you need to throw meat between you and her and run away and she's 100% gonna eat it

If you hit the tiger you can't do it. If you don't, just throw a steak between you and the tiger while it's away laying down. Patience helps, its a long process. I've heard the game can bug out here so if it still isn't working try loading your checkpoint again.

Attention. guys and gals, DR2 OTR has a huge bug.
If you kill Ted and then leave the Yucatan until day 3 and then go back, Snowflake gonna automatically tame in without any interaction.
You can try it by yourself

its very easy here let me break it down. Once the tiger is a good distance away where its not close to hitting you. Once it looks near you drop the steak equip no weapon and run snowflake runs up to the steak slows down and eats it. Do it 3x and its tamed not hard at all. took me legit 2 minutes max in dr2 yesterday
