Need help connecting a ps4 controller.

Hi, I recently tried connecting my ps4 controller to this game, but Im having problems doing it. I followed this guide https://www.reddit.com/r/darksouls3/comments/4etgwl/guide_using_a_dual_shock_4_controller_with_x360ce/ but of course changed it to the 32bit version download and applied the .exe of dead rising otr to x360ce. When I launch x360ce the program recognizes my ps4 controllers inputs and displays them correctly on the screen. Once I launch the game however the game doesnt react at all to the controller. I would be really greatful to any help that you could offer. Thanks in advance

i think you need DS4Windows ps4 controller isnt supported

I did it, i'am playing with a ps4 controller wirelessly
i install ,the game, i launch the game with the mouse and keyboard,
then i do the first bike challenge, then when i walk for the first time in the game
i press start, options, pc setting, controller, and i activate it.

Before you have to download and use DS4windows, create a profile which behave the same as a xbox controller

then it worked for me
