Custom character imports / creation

Id like to see Custom character imports / creation in this game instead of playing as some furry creature, I get how why its a furry character but id just like a more realistic version of a character of such, characters / humans from the game Carrion.

(not saying the character already is bad and all just A idea)

there is a mod on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nexux that lets you change your appearance, I dont really know how to use it though, I think theres one for multiplayer mod too, unless its the same one

Closest there is as of right now is the ChangeSkin mod. I've been using it and apart from having to type "skin reload" into the console every layer it works perfectly fine.
