Just enjoyed firing "potatisallad" at the enemies and there's something oddly satisfying with such a grenader launcher.
All it's lacking is automatic fire so I don't have to click so much! ;)
The glowy guns are a very sweet addition, very flip / flop if they pop up though.
Any chance of getting 5 of them so the whole crew gets one?
Silly.
The only way to have 5 team members is to hire a mercenary... and you cannot interact with that person, so you cannot give them a gun.
5 glowing guns would be overkill... and not because they glow ^_^
4 would be enough to give everyone one.
I am currently farming the explore events, in a 'safe' map.... It's Craco, so only mine defenses, but my engineer (it's that one) found a glowing level 5 shotty early.
Round 168, only one square of the map remains unconquered (scared if I take it, the game will say 'you are done' as if I'd pressed the button), as I explore, explore, explore, explore, looking for that 3rd event to release that character.
It's easier to find glowing weapons than it is to get that explore event. Just got the third from this map. Four seems totally possible.

The other weapons that commonly turn up are a lv 5 assault rifle a pistol and once an awesome vault rifle plasma gun that showed up late and I never got a chance to enjoy , one special event also unlocked a lv15 (I think) pistol with great stats havent seen it on a map yet though
There are also those rare mods , two so far but neither seems worth equipping they give a 15 %bonus buts its divided 3 ways so I prefer the normal lv3 or lv2 mods
But yeah, I forgot that the 5th is the dratted merc. :P
The vault rifle is, by my standard, really ridicolously powerful :)
It's "only" lev 5 but far superior to any lev 15 energy weapon.
I've also gotten a nice glowy mod once, biomod I think it was called. 18% more damage but reducing armor piercing by 0,2.
To add to the pile of blue guns is a lv12 shotgun called guilt , however from the stats and price it dosent seem at all promiseing ( the lv5 shotgun is way better )but maybe it will have some special effect in battle
