Is this game REALLY a hidden gem and a cult classic?
I personally think this game wasn't all that great, I've had it on the xbox 360 came out and I never thought it was too great, it's a fun game, but I wouldn't call it any of those things.

Did you beat it? IMO it gets better and better the longer you play. The levels ramp up to become more intense and exciting. Then, once you beat it, you have a new appreciation and can do replays.

I loved the game. Co-op was great. Sadly it is hard to find a game going these days and it's about to die soon.

This is one of my top 3 hidden gems. (Along with Blinx The Time Sweeper and...Well, I need to find one...) It's an amazing game! Once I beat a game I usually play something else. But when I had this on my PS3, It was possibly my best game.

This game is awesome and I usualy only like to play singleplayer but in coop this game is even more amazing.I just got it on steam awhile back incase anything happens to my other install from disk.The train level was great in coop too.

It honestly has some of the best arcade-style gameplay I've seen in a while. Plus, it's got a load of character customization options, guns, and enemies to fight. Additionally, it's one of the few shooters that doesn't take itself too seriously. The game seems to revel in its ridiculousness with the emotes, bosses, and the whole of Episode 5 and the Vagabundos.

I think it's less that the game doesn't take itself seriously and more that Capcom just enjoys putting some sillieness in their games. It makes it so the game isn't completely serious all the time and it's something that I think makes Capcom games unique over other games.
