Stupid multiple DRM system with checksum on exe files won't allow users to patch the exe manually with ImageCfg[robpol86.com] unfortunately (once and for all, and no need of BIOS or Ryzen Master changes).
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/get-started/adk-install
And try shims like "EmulateSlowCPU" and "ProcessorCountLie" etc.
I don't have AMD cpu with 8+ cores so I can't test and find the solution myself.
I know it has been a while but what parameter would I use for the "ProcessorCountLie" shim?
I tried simple core numbers (1,2,3,4, etc...) and hex values like the affinity parameter in the task manager but they don't seem to have any effect.
Shot in the dark, did you try the gfwl stuff?
Fought for three hours getting GFWL to work. Non of the guides worked. Finally, found something on MS/Xbox support forum; sign into your windows account through windows!!! I forgot to do this and it worked with a clean install (including the og GFWL installers). A few updates later and it's now working. Funny, I got an offer and I'm off to sell the Ryzen 2700X :p
We need an official patch at least to unlock this stupid check.
Let's try through CAPCOM support:

Please, let's all send them a mail reporting the issue with Lost Planet 2. I've sent mine.
I had to step away and didn't get a chance to game. Though I'm super relieved it's now all works as it did with my old intel Skylake setup.
